What Private Fantasy is

Private Fantasy is an independent adult creator and production brand that publishes selected original adult-content previews and also arranges creator collaborations and paid partnered productions across Europe. It is not presented as a general videography service, talent agency or escort service.

Website content

Photos, video previews, branding, text and other material published on this website are provided for adult viewing and promotional purposes. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, website content may not be copied, redistributed, reposted, sold or used commercially by visitors.

Two ways to work

• Creator collaboration / content share: Private Fantasy's creator and another adult creator voluntarily make partnered content and agree beforehand what material and commercial usage rights each receives.
• Paid modeling / partnered production: an adult creator or performer receives agreed compensation for participating in a Private Fantasy production in which the Private Fantasy creator is also a co-performer. Any creator deliverables for the participant's own platform must be specifically agreed.

Project proposals are not consent

Discussing a collaboration, receiving a proposed rate, arranging a meeting, making travel plans or entering a filming location does not create consent to any particular activity. The project scope and boundaries must be voluntarily agreed, and consent remains ongoing during filming.

Compensation and expenses

For paid projects, the rate, payment timing, any deposit, travel or accommodation arrangements, production expenses and other agreed compensation are documented before filming. A paid project does not create ongoing employment, agency representation or a requirement to accept future work.

Content deliverables and usage rights

Filming does not automatically grant either party unlimited rights to the recordings. The project agreement should define which edited deliverables each person receives, where content may be published or monetized, promotional use, whether raw footage is supplied, editing permissions, exclusivity if any, and any agreed limits or removal procedures.

Consent, boundaries and conduct

Every participant may pause, refuse or change direction during production. Agreement to one activity, scene or content level does not imply agreement to another. Threatening, coercive, violent, deceptive or materially boundary-violating conduct may result in the project being stopped.

Health and safety

Where a project involves sexual contact, any agreed testing, barrier, safer-sex or other health requirements should be discussed before filming and followed by all relevant participants. Nothing on this website replaces medical advice or country-specific legal requirements.

Other performers

If additional adult performers participate, each person must complete appropriate verification and independently agree to the project, boundaries and usage terms. No participant may provide consent on behalf of another adult.

Legality and platform rules

A proposed project proceeds only if it can be carried out lawfully in the location where filming takes place and in compliance with applicable age-verification, performer-record, contractual, platform and other relevant requirements. A location listed on the website is not a guarantee that every proposed concept can legally be produced there.

Travel, cancellation and availability

Locations shown on the website describe planned or considered project locations and do not claim a permanent local establishment. A project is confirmed only after dates and terms are agreed. Cancellation, rescheduling, non-refundable bookings and travel costs should be addressed in the individual project agreement.

No guaranteed commercial results

Professional production and editing can improve the presentation of content, but Private Fantasy does not guarantee income, subscriber numbers, sales, reach or platform growth for either creator.
