Information collected

Depending on how you use the site, information may include:

• contact details, name or stage name, city or country, availability and profile links included in an enquiry;
• project details and information submitted in collaboration or paid-shoot forms, including agreements, consent preferences, compensation terms and other information you provide;
• identity and age-verification documentation obtained separately where a production requires it;
• technical information such as IP address, browser details, security events and website or age-gate preferences.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess and arrange potential productions, prepare and administer agreements, handle project communications and records, protect the website against abuse, and meet applicable legal responsibilities. We do not use performer enquiry information to create public profiles or publish personal details without an appropriate agreement or other lawful basis.

Legal basis for processing

Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing may be necessary to take steps you request before entering an agreement or to perform an agreement; to meet applicable legal obligations; or for legitimate interests such as securing the website, managing enquiries and defending legal claims, where those interests are not overridden by individual rights. Sensitive information and performer records

Adult-production arrangements can involve sensitive personal data. We seek only information needed for the relevant project and take appropriate steps to restrict access. Additional legal conditions, including explicit consent where required, apply to the handling of special-category information. Please do not send passport photographs, identification documents or explicit material through the general contact form; verification is arranged separately.

Where submissions are stored

Contact enquiries are submitted through the website's contact-form service and may be retained in the form system and corresponding email communications. Collaboration and paid-shoot forms can be saved as private WordPress submissions, including form details and a protected edit link, and relevant information may also be sent by email. A separate age/identity worksheet can generate a PDF in the browser and send it to the designated business mailbox. That worksheet does not upload identity photographs or save its entered answers as a WordPress form record. Correspondence and retained record copies may still exist in email or separate secure storage.

Service providers and external platforms

Hosting, email, website security and form-service providers may process information to support website operations. If you visit a linked third-party creator or payment platform, that platform handles its own account and payment information under its privacy notice. We do not sell website enquiry data to advertisers. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect legal rights.

International data transfers

Website systems, email services, and production activities may involve different countries. Where personal information is transferred internationally, any required legal transfer safeguards must be assessed and applied.

Retention and security

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry, administer a project, keep necessary business records or address disputes. Performer identity, consent and production documentation may be retained longer where required by law or legitimate recordkeeping needs. Access to sensitive records is restricted as appropriate; no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

The website and its hosting, security, form or age-verification functions may use cookies or local browser storage required to operate. Any optional analytics or third-party tracking should be disclosed and, where required, offered only with an appropriate consent mechanism.
