Original adult productions

Private Fantasy is an independent adult-content production project. Our original productions are intended to feature only consenting adults aged 18 or older at the time of filming. Age and identity documentation is checked before a participant appears in a production.

Verification and records

Our production recordkeeping procedures include documenting a participant's legal identity and age using government-issued photo identification, together with relevant performer authorizations and production information. Depending on the production and applicable requirements, records may include stage names or aliases, original production dates, scene identifiers and distribution references.

Records are maintained digitally, apart from publicly accessible website content, with access restricted to authorized purposes. Performer identification documents are not published or made available to ordinary visitors.

U.S. recordkeeping provisions

18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A, and 28 CFR Part 75, prescribe identification, recordkeeping and disclosure requirements for certain sexually explicit depictions. Whether these requirements apply depends on the particular production, distribution arrangements and applicable law. This page does not assert an exemption from those requirements or claim that a complete statutory record-location statement has been supplied.
