Clear before the camera starts.
The project should be easy to understand before anyone travels, meets or films. That includes what the project is, what is being created, who can use the content and where the boundaries are.
Content share
We participate as creators and agree what finished content and commercial rights each person receives.
Paid partnered production
You receive the agreed compensation to join my production as a co-performer. Any additional creator deliverables are written into the project terms.
18+ and identity verification
Every on-camera participant must be an adult and complete appropriate age and identity verification before filming.
Talking is not consent
Discussing a project, receiving a proposed rate, arranging travel or meeting in person does not mean agreeing to any particular activity.
Boundaries before filming
The general concept and content level are discussed before the shoot. Any participant can still pause, refuse or change direction at any point while filming.
Content rights
Agreeing to be filmed does not automatically grant unlimited publication rights. Platforms, deliverables and commercial usage are defined in the project terms.
Health and safety
Where the planned content involves sexual contact, relevant testing, barrier, safer-sex or other health expectations can be discussed and agreed before filming.
Other performers
If another adult performer is involved, each person is verified and agrees independently. Nobody can provide consent for another participant.
Anonymity and public identity
Public anonymity can be built into a project where it fits the concept. Options can include keeping your face out of frame, selective framing, blurring identifiable features, using a stage name, limiting public credit or agreeing other reasonable privacy measures in advance. This does not replace required age and identity verification, which is completed privately before filming.
If something is unclear, we do not film it yet.
The goal is not to turn a shoot into paperwork. It is to make sure the parts that matter are understood before the project begins.
